‘Gurucool’ community guidelines are applicable on all whether registered on its platform or not. These guidelines are a road map for its users on how to behave while interacting on or within the platform giving you an insight on what is acceptable as standard practices and what shall not be treated as acceptable standard practices. The acceptable standard policies are developed by ‘Gurucool’ after considering the nature, reactions, expectations, feedback and general behavior of its target users in addition to the discussions and advice(s) of experts in the fields of Technology, Consumer Rights, Public safety against all forms of harassments and violation of their rights especially the human rights. ‘Gurucool’ wants everyone to voice against injustice and unfair treatment, to respect the views and beliefs of each other and to climb the ladder of success without using any unfair means and advantages. We tried to ensure that education/knowledge/information reaches all communities and especially to those who have been overlooked or marginalized for a long time. We want people to learn, understand, raise doubts and get them cleared in the manner which is best understood to them without fear of any judgment or objection from anyone. ‘Gurucool’ mission is to make ‘Right to Education' reachable and accessible to all in the most efficient, quality-driven and reasonable manner keeping in mind the spirit of the welfare of the state.
‘Gurucool’ platform never discriminates against anybody on the basis of religion, beliefs and promotes equality. We have a zero-tolerance policy against any acts that are opposed to public policy, politically motivated, anti-social, harassing and involve abuse of power.
‘Gurucool’ reserves the absolute right not only to report all such events and incidents as mentioned above but also to block or deny the users access and use the platform or to suspend or block the accounts of the users denying access to the ‘Gurucool’ platform to all users found involved or engage in any such acts or even to attempt such commission. Issuance of the warning is at the discretion of the ‘Gurucool’ depending upon the instances case to case. Sometimes, in cases where you have sufficient reasons to believe against your claim that your account access is unreasonably blocked or denied leading to termination of your access or usage of the platform, you can write to us at ___________

You should make sure to protect your personal information. You can choose the extent of the information you would want to share to share with ‘Gurucool’ .
You will not do any act that will hurt the sentiments of any individual. And respect the dignity and right of others.
You will not use our platform for Stalking, intimidating and/or harassing another and/or inciting others to commit violence or for Transmitting material that encourages anyone to commit a criminal offence, that results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice.
You will not interfere with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Application/Website/Services.
You will not transmit or store electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the ‘Gurucool’ or commit any act that amounts to the infringement of intellectual property or making available any material that infringes any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of anyone else.
You will not make available any content or material that You do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship unless You own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents for such use of the content.
You will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity.
You will not post, transmit or make available any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, spyware, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines, code, files or such other programs that may harm the Application/services, interests or rights of other users or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications, or that may harvest or collect any data or personal information about other Users without their consent.
You will not access or use the Application/Website/Services/products in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any of the Application’s/Website’s servers or the networks connected to any of the servers on which the Application/Website is hosted or Intentionally or unintentionally interfere with or disrupt the Services or violate any applicable laws related to the access to or use of the Application/Website/Services/products, violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Application/Website/Services/products, or engage in any activity prohibited by these Terms.
You will not use deep-links, page-scrape, robot, spider or other automatic devices, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to increase traffic to the Application/Website/Services/products, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Application /Website/Services/products, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Application, or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any content, documents or information through any means not specifically made available through the Application/Website/Services/products or Alter or modify any part of the Services.
You will not use the Services for purposes that are not permitted by: (i) these Terms; and (ii) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdiction;
